We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, VM will accept returns and exchanges with the original receipt.

Please contact us by phone (503-965-6911) within 3 days of receipt of purchase to receive a return confirmation number and return merchandise within 7 days of receipt in the original vendor packaging and in the original condition. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

If for some reason the package and merchandise is damaged in shipping, keep all packaging and contents and call us immediately.

No returns on sale items, discounted items or special orders.

Include with your return: original purchase receipt, return confirmation number, your name, address and phone number. It is your responsibility to return merchandise for a credit. Village Merchants is not responsible for any shipping charges.
